Soft Computing’s General Direction and management require consistent service quality and high levels of care for all missions and projects, a value upon which the group was built. The company’s size and growth ambitions, both internal and external, require us to systematically formalize and detail the above mentioned organizational principles. The ISO 9001 standard allows us to analyze all of Soft Computing’s organizational components, including the relationships between the various business units. It is for this reason that Soft Computing adapts all procedures to ISO 9001 norms and asks an independent body to certify all quality control systems across the entire group. The certification process requires regular inspection of the company, as is defined in the quality manual, and also allows us to periodically verify quality implementation, examine eventual flaws and answer any questions which these flaws may raise. The quality control system covers all of our activities and engineering procedures, from technical assistance contracts to production contracts. Key goals: :1.Quality of delivered goods and services: The set-up of procedures, common to all actors across the company guarantees our clients that all deliverables will meet quality expectations, and that this quality will be consistent over time, no matter who intervenes. 2.Harmonized sales approach: standardizing procedures must be done so as to simplify sales by harmonizing the processes, responsibilities, and decision-making criteria. 3.Productivity: procedures and appropriate processes must save time by avoiding the reinvention of that which already exists. 4.Demultiplication: this norm must help the company in both it internal and external growth, to accelerate the assimilation of new workers and associates. The head of Quality Control reports directly to General Management while carrying out these responsibilities. His role is to enforce and inform staff of all available provisions and procedures.. |
