If your skills and / or potential match the profiles we are looking for, a consultant will call you to discuss and arrange an appointment. Otherwise, with your permission, we will keep your profile in case we have an opportunity for you later on.
It’s fast, we study your resume as soon as we receive it, if your profile matches we call you within a few days, if we need the advice of a manager, it may take a little more time but no more than 8 days!
The process is simple; two interviews, with sometimes a third interview! The first one will be with a recruitment consultant, then (normally the following week, if our agendas coordinate well!) you meet a manager to discuss your job and your assignments.
3 weeks is our goal !
We even achieved 1 week in some cases! In other cases, it can be longer depending on your and our managers’ availability. Anyhow, the recruitment consultants are available and will inform you of the progress of your application.
Proximity and conviviality are the fundaments of our HR policy. Our managers are trained in management. They manage an average of 4 to 6 consultants and we organize several internal events whose goal is always to celebrate successes and share knowledge !
